Team Coaching

Helping teams engage in meaningful conversations, align around a shared purpose, work cohesively, and improve their dynamics and collective performance.

Team Coaching

Team coaching isn’t just about improving performance. It’s about unlocking potential, together.

Many assume coaching is only for struggling teams or top executives. But the truth is: coaching benefits any team that wants to grow, align, and thrive.

In today’s fast-paced world, even high-performing teams can feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Team coaching creates a space for open dialogue, shared learning, and intentional progress—helping teams move from good to great.

Whether you're navigating change, building trust, or striving for greater impact, team coaching helps you pause, reflect, and move forward—together.

A Transparent Process

Our coaching process focuses on identifying where change is needed, the behaviors that are impacted and incremental changes that are required. There is a particular emphasis on involving stakeholders throughout the process. Here's an example of what might be included in a coaching engagement:

Phase 1 - The Engagement

  • The Brief - A discussion to ascertain whether there is a need for coaching.
  • The Fit - Chemistry sessions between the client and prospective coaches are held to determine the best fit.
  • The Contract - The roles and responsibilities of the coach and client are outlined in a contract.

Phase 2 - Setting the Scene

  • The Baseline - A variety of assessments may be employed to build a baseline from which to measure.
  • Coaching Session 1: Goal Setting - Coaching objectives and measures of success are defined.
  • Alignment: A facilitated dialogue between the client and their line manager around expectations.

Phase 3 - Transitioning

  • Coaching Session 2 & 3 - Incremental yet pivotal areas of change are identified and worked on.
  • The Midway - A facilitated dialogue between the client and their line manager around their progress.
  • Coaching Session 4 & 5 - Incremental yet pivotal areas of change are identified and worked on.

Phase 4 - Impact Assessment

  • Coaching Session 6 - What has been learned? What progress has been made? What value has been delivered?
  • Final Check-in - A facilitated dialogue between the client and their line manager around their change.
